Chantier de mutualisation des infrastructures Télécom et de l'infogérance associée sur les hippodromes connectés, ainsi que sur les sites centraux et de support du consortium. Le portage contractuel et le pilotage opérationnel du futur marché sont transférés à HRMedia, dans une logique de gouvernance multi-entités et de rationalisation économique. Le futur marché devra couvrir, à terme, les accès télécoms, les interconnexions WAN, la maintenance et l'exploitation des équipements réseau, la supervision 24/7, le reporting, le capacity planning, la gestion des incidents, le support événementiel et plus largement l'infogérance du périmètre Télécom sur les sites concernés.
