Ce Marché de 5 ans fermes renouvelable 3 ans par période de 12 mois chacune porte la fourniture de Prestations d'intermédiation en expertises informatiques avec Sourcing pour le Groupe EDF SA, sa filiale EDF Power Solutions, sa filiale G2S et toutes ses filiales françaises exceptées DALKIA, ENEDIS, Electricité de Strasbourg, Nuward. Ce marché est aussi appelé Marché SMASH2. Il a pour objectif principal de pouvoir permettre à EDF SA et ses filiales bénéficiaires de sourcer auprès de sociétés d’intermédiations des compétences rares ou spécifiques et pointures directement auprès d’experts indépendants (freelance). Les prestations d’intermédiation ont pour objet : • Une qualification experte, technique et contractuelle de leurs partenaires, • L’accès à des services administratifs et contractuels simplifiant la mise en œuvre des prestations des partenaires, • Les réalisations des prestations IT de ces partenaires experts IT pour l’Entreprise EDF SA émet cet avis de marché en son nom et pour le compte de toutes ses filiales bénéficiaire(s) dont G2S et EDF PowerSolutions. Le Lot 1 est le seul lot du Marché SMASH2. Le Lot 1 reprends donc l'intégralité de la description du Marché du présent Avis.
