La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture, le déploiement, l’hébergement et la maintenance d’une solution de gestion des marchés publics en mode SaaS pour la Ville de Marseille. La solution devra permettre de gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vie des marchés publics, de la préparation des procédures au suivi de leur exécution, en garantissant l’interopérabilité avec les outils existants de la collectivité, la traçabilité des actions et la simplification des processus de gestion. Le titulaire assurera également les prestations d’accompagnement au déploiement, de formation des utilisateurs, de support technique ainsi que la maintenance corrective et évolutive de la solution
