Les prestations sont relatives à l'accueil du siège du PALR, la Maison du Port, (réception d'appels téléphoniques du standard, l'accueil physique des visiteurs et des salariés), à la délivrance de badge d'accès au bâtiment, à la gestion du courrier et à l'exécution de tâche administratives simples. Le présent marché est passé sous la forme d'un accord-cadre composite mono-attributaire. Les prestations sont réparties en une tranche ferme et deux tranches optionnelles : - Tranche ferme : Phase opérationnelle de prestations d'accueil polyvalent. - Tranche optionnelle 1 : Phase de prise en charge du contrat. - Tranche optionnelle 2 : Phase de réversibilité du contrat
