Le présent marché est un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à bons de commande ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations de surveillance humaine, de gardiennage et de sécurité des personnes et des biens sur les différents sites ou bâtiments lors d'événements organisés par la Commune du Tampon. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. La Commission d'appel d'Offres retient au minimum 2 candidats et au maximum 3 au regard de la recevabilité des offres. L'attribution des bons de commande s'effectuera à tour de rôle selon l'ordre établi à la suite du classement des offres. Les montants estimatifs au sein du présent avis correspondent aux montants maximum annuels. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée d'1 an à compter de sa date de notification, renouvelable tacitement 3 fois, sans dépasser 4 années d'exécution. En cas d'atteinte du seuil maximum prévu au marché, il peut être reconduit de manière anticipée pour une nouvelle période d'un an, sans jamais pouvoir excéder 4 ans Ce lot concerne les prestations quotidiennes de gardiennage des sites de la Commune et la sécurisation des événements de petite et moyenne envergure; Ce lot est spécifiquement dédié aux grands événements nécessitant une logistique renforcée, une gestion de flux massive et des effectifs d'agents plus importants
