Description

Le présent contrat cadre a pour objet une prestation de prévention des risques psychosociaux composé de 2 lots : - Lot n°1 : Réalisation de diagnostics socio-organisationnels - Lot n°2 : Réalisation d'enquêtes pour harcèlement présumé - moral, sexuel et agissements sexistes. Un nombre maximum de 2 (deux) Titulaires par lot est sélectionné par France Médias Monde. Les Titulaires désignés seront mis en concurrence à chaque besoin de diagnostics (lot n°1) et d'enquêtes pour harcèlement présumé (lot n°2) de France Médias Monde, dans le cadre de marchés subséquents. Le diagnostic socio-organisationnel concerne l'ensemble des directions de France Médias Monde. Il vise à comprendre et à modéliser le fonctionnement d'une équipe dans sa dimension sociale et organisationnelle et d'orienter au mieux les actions à mettre en place. Dans sa dimension ergonomique, il vise à investiguer et observer l'activité de travail ainsi que les interactions entre les acteurs d'une même équipe ou d'un même environnement.; France Médias Monde souhaite compléter son dispositif actuel de prévention par l'intervention d'un cabinet externe pour l'investigation de problématiques de harcèlement moral, sexuel ou agissement sexiste présumé. L'objectif étant de s'appuyer sur un rapport qui objective les situations et qui détaille des préconisations visant à sortir de la problématique.
