Service de préparation et de livraison de repas à destination des écoles primaires de la ville de Lyon et des ACM Hé Hop. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale courant de la date de notification jusqu'au 19 juillet 2028. L'exécution des prestations objets de l'accord-cadre ne pourra commencer avant le 20 juillet 2026. La période courant de la notification au 20 juillet 2026 constituera une période de préparation, permettant notamment la mise en oeuvre des processus de reprise du personnel. La date prévisionnelle de notification du présent-accord est fixée au 1er janvier 2026. Il est reconductible deux fois une année selon les modalités définies au CCAP. L'accord-cadre est conclu avec les quantités minimum et maximum suivantes : - Pour la période initiale : Minimum : 6 200 000 repas Maximum : 8 000 000 repas - Pour chaque période de reconduction : Minimum : 3 100 000 repas Maximum : 4 000 000 repas
