Description

La présente consultation concerne : L'acquisition et les prestations de maintenance et de gestion des infrastructures réseau, Wi-Fi et de téléphonie. De façon générale, l'objectif de cette consultation est de fournir des prestations pour accompagner les établissements du GHT de Charente ainsi que les EHPAD HABRIOUX (Aigre) et de TALLEYRAND (Chalais) dans le maintien en condition opérationnel de leurs infrastructures. Plus précisément, il s'agit de bénéficier de prestations de maintenance, et de gestion managée de l'architecture Lan, Wifi et de téléphonie (gestion de configuration, de management de l'installation, d'évolutions, de la gestion des incidents et de reporting). Ce marché permettra également de fournir et d'intégrer des nouveaux équipements. Le périmètre des prestations est le suivant : - La description des services est précisée dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Un groupement de commandes a été constitué entre les établissements du GHT de Charente ainsi que les EHPAD HABRIOUX (Aigre) et de TALLEYRAND (Chalais) avec pour coordonnateur le Centre Hospitalier d'Angoulême. Le coordonnateur assure la passation des marchés publics ainsi que leurs éventuels reconductions, avenants et résiliations. Chaque établissement membre en assure l'exécution pour ce qui le concerne.
