France - Repair and maintenance services of building mechanical installations - Operation of heating and air-conditioning installations of colleges in the Pyrenees-Orientales department

The Departmental Equipment and Services Directorate (DEJS) of the Pyrenees-Orientales department in France intends to set up a framework agreement, executed through purchase orders, for the operation and maintenance of heating and air-conditioning installations in the department's colleges. The base solution covers P2 and P5 services over 4 years, with values excluding VAT ranging from a minimum of 500,000.00 euros to a maximum of 2,666,666.00 euros. A required 8-year variant adds P3 maintenance, from 1,266,667.00 to 6,333,333.00 euros excluding VAT, and another required 8-year variant further includes PSE P1 supplying wood chips for certain sites, from 1,600,000.00 to 8,333,333.00 euros excluding VAT. The aim is to centralise management of all college contracts, including 9 colleges currently managed directly, 7 with wood boiler rooms, and the future Claira college.
