Le marché couvre l'ensemble du patrimoine, y compris en cas de remise en service ou de retrait d'appareils, en fonction des commandes effectuées. Les appareils concernés sont indiqués en annexe au CCTP. Le détail des prestations à exécuter, telles que définies au CCTP, est fixé lors de l'émission de bons de commande. Début prévisionnel d'exécution : janvier 2027 Entretien de tous les ascenseurs du patrimoine de l'Office en service au moment de l'appel d'offres ( les appareils qui seraient mis en service postérieurement feront l'objet d'une commande forfaitaire annuelle ). Interventions ponctuelles de réparation ou d'amélioration non couvertes par l'entretien forfaitaire. Accord cadre à bons de commande d'une durée de 4 ans et d'un montant maximum de 5 760 000,00 euro(s) HT; L'entretien des portes automatiques de garage (les appareils qui seraient mis en service postérieurement feront l'objet d'une commande forfaitaire annuelle ). L'entretien des barrières et portails automatiques (idem), l'entretien des portes piétonnes de hall et portillon. Des interventions ponctuelles de réparation ou d'amélioration non couvertes par l'entretien forfaitaire. Accord cadre à bons de commande d'une durée de 4 ans et d'un montant maximum de 2 376 000,00 euro(s) HT
