La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation d’un marché d’exploitation des installations thermiques des bâtiments de la commune de Nogent-sur-Seine. Le présent appel d’offres a pour objet de faire exécuter par le TITULAIRE, pour le compte du Maître d’Ouvrage, l’exploitation des installations thermiques des bâtiments de la commune de Nogent-sur-Seine, conformément au « guide de rédaction des clauses techniques des marchés publics d’exploitation de chauffage avec ou sans gros entretien des matériels et avec obligations de résultat » approuvé par la décision n°2007-17 du 4 mai 2007 du comité exécutif de l’O.E.A.P. (Observatoire Economique de l’Achat Public). A l’exception des dérogations stipulées au C.C.A.P.
