Description
Accord cadre composite avec maximum (cf. actes engagement), comprenant une partie traitée sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire (maintenance préventive), et une partie traitée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande (maintenance corrective) La consultation est lancée via le groupement de commande permanent constitué par la convention du 14 septembre 2023. La ville de Besançon est coordonnateur du groupement, et dans ce cadre, elle est chargée de l'organisation des opérations de sélection du titulaire. Chaque membre s'assurant ensuite de la bonne exécution du marché. Durée du marché : 48 mois
