Afin de susciter des offres financièrement plus avantageuses par une massification des achats et une mutualisation des procédures, les adhérents seront représentés pour leurs besoins par le Groupement d'Intérêt Public Approlys Centr'Achats. Il s'agit, pour chaque lot d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire sans minimum, avec maximums annuels, qui s'exécutera par l'émission de bons de commande, émis par chaque Membre bénéficiaire identifié, au fur et à mesure de ses propres besoins.
