Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements de sécurité incendie présents dans les établissements municipaux de la Ville de Colombes, ainsi que les vérifications, essais réglementaires, prestations d'assistance technique et interventions associées. Les prestations incluent l'entretien et la maintenance des alarmes incendie et systèmes de sécurité incendie SSI, systèmes de désenfumage, blocs autonomes d'éclairage et de sécurité (BAES), systèmes d'extinction automatique, mise à jour des plans d'évacuation, consignes de sécurité, formation du personnel, et les vérifications réglementaires. le marché est alloti de la manière suivante : Lot 1 : Moyens de secours de détection, de compartimentage et d'évacuation des fumées Lot 2 : Moyens de secours d'extinction Le lot 1 est conclu sans montant minimum mais avec un montant maximum annuel de 300 000 euro(s) HT.
