France - Building installation repair and maintenance services - Preventive and corrective maintenance of heating, ventilation, sanitary and plumbing installations at the CNRS Orleans campus

The French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) is procuring a framework agreement covering preventive and corrective maintenance services, in line with the NF EN 13306 standard of October 2010, for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as sanitary and plumbing installations. The works concern buildings and technical rooms on the CNRS campus in Orleans, France. The contract covers all maintenance services needed to keep these installations operating reliably, combining scheduled preventive interventions with corrective repairs when faults occur, across the campus building stock and its associated technical facilities.
