Le marché a pour objet l'exploitation, la maintenance préventive et corrective afférentes aux installations de production et de distribution de chauffage, de climatisation, de ventilation et de production d'eau chaude sanitaire du Laboratoire Départemental d'analyse et de recherche en Dordogne. Marché ordinaire mono-attributaire avec une partie à bons de commandes Le montant maximum des prestations exécutées par bons de commandes pour le remplacement des filtres) est fixé en valeur à :30 00 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale maximum du marché ( 4 ans ) Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 2 ans à compter du 1 août 2026, il est renouvelable 1 fois par tacite reconduction, sans pouvoir dépasser la durée maximale de 4 ans
