Description

Accord cadre mixte s'exécutant par bons de commande et par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Il est sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 1 800 000 euro(s) HT pour toute sa durée ferme Il s'agit de prestations de service avec maintenance avec pour priorité de faire en sorte que le bâtiment soit le plus performant possible au niveau énergétique (suivi des consommation dans le cadre de l'opération "sobriété énergétique") tout en respectant les conditions de conservation des ouvrages archivés. Il s'agit surtout de maintenir : - des installations techniques principales : chauffage, climatisation, ventilation, distribution électrique générale, production et distribution ECS, plomberie et équipements sanitaires, installations de CFa - du relamping ; - des installations techniques spécifiques : gestion technique du bâtiment (GTC/GTB), onduleur, aspiration centralisée; - du second-oeuvre : serrurerie, menuiserie ; - des stores motorisés, toitures et terrasses. Un stock de pièces détachées est mis à la disposition du prestataire à la notification, que celui-ci s'engage restituer en fin de contrat
