France - Repair and maintenance services for building installations - Toulon Defence Base - Framework agreement for minor all-trades emergency repair works 'SOS Depannage'

The French Ministry of Armed Forces, through the Mediterranean Defence Infrastructure Service (SID Mediterranee) and its attached units USID Base Navale de Toulon and USID Saint-Mandrier, intends to award a framework agreement for minor all-trades emergency repair and maintenance works ('SOS Depannage'). The works serve bodies and units of the Ministry of the Armed Forces and of veterans affairs at the Toulon Defence Base. The framework agreement runs over 4 years with a minimum value of 40,000 EUR excl. VAT and a maximum of 7,000,000 EUR excl. VAT. For reference, purchase orders under the previous framework agreement totalled about 3,340,000 EUR incl. VAT.
