Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance et le renouvellement de la robinetterie des immeubles du Pouvoir Adjudicateur, ainsi que la vérification et l'entretien des disconnecteurs. Il comprend les prestations de maintenance préventive et corrective (P2), de gros entretien et de renouvellement des équipements (P3), ainsi que le renouvellement programmé des installations (P3R). Les prestations concernent notamment : - L'entretien courant P2 (dépannage, visite préventive, détartrage, graissage) de la robinetterie des logements et des parties communes ; - Le gros entretien et le remplacement des équipements vétustes non réparables (P3) ; - Le renouvellement programmé des installations de robinetterie (P3R) ; - Le repérage, le contrôle périodique et l'entretien des disconnecteurs et clapets anti-pollution ; - Le remplacement, en cas de non-conformité, des disconnecteurs et organes associés ; - La fourniture et la pose de robinetterie hydro-économe lors des opérations de renouvellement 3 535 logements; 1 882 logements; 2 931 logements
