Le présent marché a pour objet de mettre en place un contrat d'entretien et de maintenance des installations de robinetterie et de ballons électriques et accord-cadre à bons de commande pour des prestations associées sur les ensembles immobiliers gérés par CDC Habitat, CDC Habitat Social et MEECAM, situés en Ile-de-France dans les départements du 75, 77, 78, 91, 92, 93, 94 et 95. - Afin de couvrir l'intégralité des besoins, ce marché comprend : -UNE PARTIE FORFAITAIRE relative aux prestations d'entretien et de maintenance courantes des équipements. -UNE PARTIE A BONS DE COMMANDES avec Bordereau de Prix unitaires (BPU) relatif à des prestations associées, non comprises au forfait. - Le montant prévisionnel de la partie accord-cadre à bons de commande, pour la durée totale d'exécution, reconductions comprises, et pour l'ensemble des lots, est fixé comme suit : Sans minimum et avec un maximum de 6 760 000,00 euros HT, soit 7 436 000,00 euros TTC.
