Les prestations se composent d'une partie fixe concernant la maintenance préventive des installations et d'une partie variable concernant la maintenance curative et améliorative des installations de vidéosurveillance. La première prestation fait l'objet d'une mission globale annuelle rémunérée par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire. Les prestations variables seront exécutées au fur et à mesure de l'avènement du besoin par la transmission de Bons de Commande /Ordres de Service, conformément aux prix déterminés par le Bordereau de Prix Unitaire (BPU) joint au présent marché. Lieu(x) d'exécution : patrimoine de l'OPH Rives de Seine Habitat situé sur la ville de Levallois (92300). Le montant estimatif de la partie à bons de commande est de 150 000 euro(s) HT par an et le montant maximum est de 200 000 euro(s) HT par an
