Description
La cuisine centrale est en service depuis 1992. Elle fabrique et fournit 10 000 repas/ jour en moyenne, servis notamment dans les établissements scolaires de la Ville du Mans et pour le CCAS. Les repas sont servis dans les restaurants, principalement équipés en matériels pour la liaison froide. Le Titulaire devra assurer la maintenance des niveaux 1 à 5 de la norme AFNOR (NF FDX 60-000, X 60-010-1994) et de la norme ISO 9001, quelle que soit la marque et la technologie. Montant maximum pour 4 ans : 1 200 000 euro(s) HT
