Description

La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 à 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec l' Opéra de Limoges. Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est la Ville de Limoges. Cet accord-cadre est réparti en 2 lots : - Lot 1 : Patrimoine de la ville de Limoges - Lot 2 : Patrimoine de l'Opéra de Limoges Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée MAINTENANCE ET ENTRETIEN DES EQUIPEMENTS SCENIQUES ET TRIBUNES TELESCOPIQUES DU PATRIMOINE CULTUREL DE LA VILLE DE LIMOGES; MAINTENANCE ET ENTRETIEN DES EQUIPEMENTS SCENIQUES ET TRIBUNES TELESCOPIQUES DE L'OPERA DE LIMOGES
