L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance préventive et curative des installations frigorifiques de la patinoire, le titulaire du présent marché aura pour mission le maintien en état de services des installations de production de froid. Le service maintenance du titulaire doit être joignable 24/24H et 7/7J. Le titulaire s'engage pendant toute la durée du marché à assurer les prestations et la continuité de service et de gestion des éléments de l'objet du présent marché, conformément aux dispositions du CCTP
