This notice cancels and replaces notice 618889-2026. The contract covers preventive and corrective maintenance (on quotation) of air conditioning equipment in RTE electrical substations located within the Lyon Maintenance Centre territory. The portfolio comprises around 310 air conditioning installations in sensitive industrial premises (relay rooms, telecommunications rooms, control buildings). The contract is divided into 5 geographical lots: 1 - Auvergne, 2 - Dauphine, 3 - Forez-Velay, 4 - Lyonnais and 5 - Savoie. Each lot is awarded to a single holder; one operator may hold a maximum of 3 lots. Candidates may bid for one, several or all lots. Framework agreements run 3 years firm (01/02/2027 to 31/01/2030), renewable 3 times for 1 year, with financial commitment limited to 2 years of preventive maintenance.
