Description
Le présent marché a pour objet de confier au titulaire l’exploitation, la maintenance préventive et corrective, ainsi que l’astreinte des installations de climatisation/pompes à chaleur et de traitement de l’air des bâtiments communaux de la Ville de Villetaneuse, tels que définis au CCTP et à ses annexes. Le marché comprend : - Une part forfaitaire P2 - Maintenance, exploitation et entretien courant ; - Une part à bons de commande P5 - Prestations de renouvellement, d’amélioration et de mise en conformité et prestations assimilées, rémunérées sur la base du Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU).
