Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des prestations de conduite, d'entretien, de maintenance préventive et corrective et de dépannage des installations de production de chaleur et d'eau chaude sanitaire des équipements figurant à l'annexe 1 du CCTP. Il s'agit d'un marché à prestation et forfait (PF) comprenant des prestations de type P2. Les prestations comprennent notamment les visites réglementaires, les contrôles de sécurité, les analyses réglementaires, la lutte contre la légionellose pour les installations concernées, l'astreinte ainsi que le suivi technique des installations. Le marché comprend 2 lots distincts : - Lot n°1 : Installations d'une puissance unitaire = 30 kW - Lot n°2 : Installations d'une puissance unitaire < 30 kW Chaque lot constitue un marché séparé pouvant être attribué à un titulaire différent. Les prestations sont décrites dans les CCTP propres à chaque lot Environ 44 bâtiments concernés; Environ 25 bâtiments concernés
