Les objectifs recherchés au travers de ce marché d'exploitation sont : - La fiabilité et pérennité des installations thermiques - La continuité de service pour les abonnés - La sécurité - Les coûts d'exploitation Les installations concernées par le présent contrat sont : • La chaufferie mixte bois/fioul de Lurcy-Lévis ; • Le réseau de chaleur et sous-stations desservies ; Les installations concernées par le présent contrat sont décrites au C.C.T.P.
