Marché d’exploitation de maintenance des installations CVC du patrimoine de Grigny. La consultation a pour objet l’exploitation avec maintenance et gros entretien des installations de génie climatique des bâtiments communaux de la Ville de Grigny. Le marché comprend les prestations suivantes : • P1 : Fourniture d’énergie (biomasse) et gestion de l’approvisionnement sur un seul site • P2 : Maintenance, conduite, suivi et contrôle des installations techniques (y compris fourniture des produits de traitement d’eau) • P3 (GER) : Gros entretien, renouvellement et garantie totale des installations • P3 (travaux obligatoire) : Plan de renouvellement et Travaux imposés • P5 : Travaux accessoires : Travaux accessoires réalisés dans le cadre du marché L’ensemble des prestations est décrit dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières et tout autre document fourni avec le présent dossier de consultation des entreprises.
