Le contrat porte sur les prestations suivantes : Contrat d'exploitation des installations de chauffage, de ventilations, de climatisation et des installations thermiques Le présent marché concerne l'exploitation et l'entretien des installations de chauffage des sites indiqués au CCAP et CCTP Le marché est de type PF ou PFI prestation forfaitaire avec gros entretien transparent P3 des installations. Le présent marché consiste en des prestations de surveillance, conduite et petit entretien de type P 2 ainsi que le gros entretien de type P 3 avec garantie totale transparente et comprend une clause d'intéressement aux économies d'énergie. Le contenu de ces prestations est détaillé dans le CCTP Lot n°1 - Locaux du Siège et de l'agence Val et Forêt; Lot n°2 - Patrimoine de l'agence de Montargis; Lot n°3 - Patrimoine de l'agence Loire et Sologne et de l'agence Val et Forêt
