Le marché de fournitures et services est composé comme suit : - la prestation forfaitaire de conduite et d'entretien des installations de distribution de chaleur avec un intéressement sur les économies d'énergies, ainsi qu'un intéressement sur les quotas de CO2 (P2 Chauffage PFI selon les sites) - la prestation forfaitaire de conduite et d'entretien des installations de production, de distribution ECS et de traitement de l'eau (P2 ECS) - les prestations forfaitaires de garantie totale des installations techniques avec répartition (P3 GT et GTR) decomposées comme suit : - P3/1 type GT = P3/1 Chauffage et P3/1 ECS (provisions nécessaires pour toutes les opérations de réparation complétées par la garantie totale des installations (renouvellement non prévu dans les prestations P3/2) - P3/2 type GTR = différentes opérations de remplacement de matériels, complétées par les renouvellements de matériels proposés par le candidat. Le montant maximal de la prestation P3/2 pour les 54 mois de la durée totale initiale est de 1 012 500 euros HT - P5 prestations de remplacement de matériels soumis à validation d'AVESNOISE PROMOCIL selon BPU (annexe 5 du document "Annexes AE V5"). Le montant maximal annuel pour les prestations P5 est de 60 000 euros HT.
