Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre, conclu pour une durée de 3 ans qui court à compter du 1er mai 2026 ou de la date de notification si postérieure. L'accord-cadre est reconductible tacitement deux fois par période d'un an. Le titulaire ne peut pas refuser la reconduction. L'accord-cadre est traité à prix mixte : - Une partie forfaitaire (P2, P3 et P3 travaux obligatoires) - Une partie à bons de commande (P5 hors forfait) La partie à bons de commande est conclu dans les limites financières suivantes : Montant maximum (HT) : 3 000 000.00 (sur la première période ferme de 3 ans) et 1 000 000.00 par an sur les périodes suivantes. L'accord-cadre n'est pas alloti. Un allotissement des prestations distinctes aurait ici pour effet de rendre techniquement plus difficile l'exécution du marché et peu pertinente d'un point de vue économique.
