Description

Il s'agit de l'entretien des chaudières individuelles (production et distribution de chauffage et production d'eau chaude sanitaire dans les logements) et des climatiseurs et/ou pompes à chaleur (chauffage et climatisation des bâtiments publics) des bâtiments à gestion communale. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un marché alloti en 2 lots séparés comprenant : - le lot 1 s'exécutant sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire à prix forfaitaires, - le lot 2 s'exécutant sous la forme d'un accord-cadre dit « composite » à la fois à prix forfaitaire et à bons de commandes. Cette partie étant conclue conclue sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 38 000 euros HT, identique pour chaque période de reconduction. Chaque lot sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Les candidats ont la possibilité de soumettre des offres pour tous les lots. Un même candidat pourra se voir attribuer les 2 lots Il s'agit de l'entretien (P2 et P3) de l'ensemble des équipements thermiques de production, comprenant un parc de chaudières individuelles gaz et électriques définit à l'annexe 1 du CCTP; Il s'agit de l'entretien (P2 et P3) de l'ensemble des climatiseurs et pompes à chaleur définit à l'annexe 1 du CCTP;
