Description

La présente consultation concerne la mise en place d'un contrat d'entretien, couvrant les installations de chauffage, de production d'Eau Chaude Sanitaire et de VMC pour différents sites du Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours de la Haute-Vienne (SDIS 87). Elle fait suite à une première consultation classée sans suite en application des dispositions de l'article R2185-1 code de la commande publique (procédure sans suite pour motif d'intérêt général : Procédure de marché public inadaptée au regard du niveau des offres). Consultation lancée sous forme appel d'offres ouvert passée en application de l'article R2124-2. Il du Code de la commande publique. Elle aboutira à la conclusion d'un marché de type P.F. "Prestation - Forfait ". Il comprendra les prestations suivantes : - Prestation de surveillance, de conduite et petit entretien, nommée P2. - Prestation de gros entretien -renouvellement, nommée P3. Ce marché sera conclu à prix global et forfaitaire
