The water union SIARCE awarded a framework agreement for checks of the self-monitoring devices of its wastewater collection and treatment systems. The technical requirements are set out in the CCTP. It is a single-provider framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum value and an annual maximum of 100,000 euros excluding VAT. The contract was awarded to APAVE EXPLOITATION FRANCE for 400,000 euros. The awarded price is the same as the estimate, within 1 percent. The framework agreement runs for an initial period of 2 years from its notification on 11/03/2026. Delivery times for services are set on each purchase order.
