Le Titulaire devra couvrir l’ensemble des prestations décrites dans le CCTP, incluant : • La réception, la vérification et le stockage des échantillons ; • l’exécution des workflows analytiques protéomiques et, le cas échéant, métabolomiques ; • La mise en œuvre de la phase pilote et des livrables associés ; • Le Quality Control et la validation des données ; • Le prétraitement bioinformatique et la fourniture des données standardisées ; • La restitution du matériel biologique non utilisé ; • La communication, le reporting et le support client ; • Tous les coûts administratifs ou logistiques liés à la sous-traitance ou à l’expédition. Le présent marché public est financé sur le projet PreciseIT lauréat de l’appel à projet « Strategic Research Agreement » de Breakthrougth T1D, géré par l’Inserm.
