Le projet répond à un besoin de recherche et développement (R&D) portant sur deux verrous majeurs non satisfaits par l'offre actuelle du marché : - L'innovation technique : Conception d'une plateforme lourde (tour Working at Height, structures boat-landing) entièrement démontable, permettant une réversibilité totale du site portuaire sans génie civil lourd. - L'innovation pédagogique : Développement d'une ingénierie de formation créant une hybridation inédite entre le plateau technique réel et la simulation immersive. Le titulaire devra fournir une solution globale incluant les phases de R&D, de prototypage, d'installation, ainsi que l'accompagnement à la certification GWO (version V19 - 2025)
