La procédure utilisée est la suivante : Procédure formalisée - Appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du code de la commande publique Le présent lot a pour objet la conception graphique, l'exécution, l'adaptation et la déclinaison des supports de communication nécessaires à la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie de communication du GIP Un Été Au Havre pour les saisons 2027 à 2030; Le présent lot a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de captation audiovisuelle, de prise de vue, de montage et de postproduction destinées à accompagner la communication du GIP Un Été Au Havre pour les saisons 2027 à 2030; Le présent lot a pour objet la conception et la réalisation de contenus vidéo en motion design destinés à accompagner la stratégie de communication du GIP Un Été Au Havre pour les saisons 2027 à 2030; Le présent lot a pour objet la conception, la fabrication, la livraison et, selon les besoins du GIP, la pose, la maintenance et la dépose des dispositifs de signalétique associés aux saisons 2027 à 2030 d'Un Été Au Havre; Le présent lot a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de diffusion des supports de communication du GIP « Un Été Au Havre »; Le présent lot a pour objet de confier au titulaire la conception, la mise en oeuvre et le suivi de la stratégie de relations presse et d'influence de la manifestation culturelle d'art contemporain « Un Été Au Havre », en vue de renforcer sa notoriété et son rayonnement aux niveaux national et international; Le présent lot a pour objet la refonte complète du site internet du GIP « Un Été Au Havre », comprenant sa conception, son développement, sa mise en ligne, son hébergement, ainsi que la maintenance associée
