Le présent accord-cadre à bons de commande a pour objet la régie publicitaire pour le magazine municipal de la commune de Taverny. La régie publicitaire comprend : - Le démarchage auprès des annonceurs, - La confection des annonces publicitaires (réalisation des maquettes, documents d'exécution, fichiers d’impression), - La présentation du Bon à Tirer (BAT) pour validation auprès de l'annonceur, - La transmission dans le respect des délais mentionnés dans ce marché, des pages de publicités montées (PDF haute définition) auprès de la Direction de la Communication pour insertion dans la publication concernée. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont définies dans le Cahier des Clauses Particulières (valant cahier des clauses administratives particulières et cahier des clauses techniques particulières).
