Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans le bordereau des prix. Le montant maximum des prestations de l'accord-cadre est défini comme suit : - Période initiale (2 ans) : 300 000,00 euro(s) HT - 1ère reconduction (1 an) : 150 000,00 euro(s) HT - 2nde reconduction (1 an) : 150 000,00 euro(s) HT Le présent marché vise la réalisation de diagnostics de vulnérabilité aux inondations des logements individuels exposés sur le territoire du PAPI de l'agglomération toulousaine, et dont les propriétaires se sont portés volontaires. Les diagnostics permettent : - De sensibiliser les bénéficiaires ; - D'analyser finement la vulnérabilité des biens, personnes et bâtis aux inondations ; - De proposer des mesures pertinentes et réalistes de réduction de la vulnérabilité tant organisationnelles que structurelles. La prestation permettra enfin d'accompagner les bénéficiaires qui le souhaitent à la mobilisation des aides financières existantes et au bon choix des matériaux envisagés pour des travaux.
