Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter de la date de réception du premier bon de commande. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3 dont la durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois, à l'exception de la première année qui commence à compter de la date de la réception du premier bon de commande jusqu'au 31/12/2026. L'accord-cadre prendra fin le 31/12/2029 Les délais d'exécution des prestations sont fixés à chaque bon de commande conformément aux stipulations des pièces de l'accord-cadre. La date du 1er septembre indiquée dans le présent est une date indicative
