Description

Le cinéma comprend 4 salles d'une capacité totale de 567 places, d'un espace d'accueil/confiserie, des bureaux et locaux du personnel. L'affermage comprend: - La gestion de l'activité cinématographique; - La gestion des activités annexes à l'activité de diffusion: accueil, billetterie, convivialité du secteur accueil; - la gestion de la politique de communication du cinéma. En contrepartie de l'occupation du domaine public, le délégataire devra s'acquitter auprès de la commune d'une redevance annuelle fixe et variable pour l'exploitation du cinéma. La durée prévisionnelle de la délégation de service public est de cinq ans (5), à compter du 17 janvier 2026 ou de sa date de notification si elle est postérieure
