A French public buyer, the CEA, is procuring the development and supply of a laboratory information management system (LIMS). The contract includes a firm part consisting of Phase 1: interviews and taking into account the CEA environment, and Phase 2: a proof of concept (POC). An optional part covers Phase 3: realisation of the operational LIMS, Phase 4: deployment of the LIMS, and Phase 5: corrective and evolutionary maintenance for one year after the warranty period. A unit-price schedule part covers additional LIMS modifications beyond the two iterations included, additional floating licences, integration of electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) modules, and additional training sessions.
