La mission concerne la mise en œuvre des mesures de compensation environnementales de la zone "EcoRhena" identifiées dans l’avant-projet de boisement - dossier "EcoRhena", fourni en annexe du CCTP. Le prestataire devra se conformer strictement aux éléments de ce document validé par les services de l’Etat. L’opération comprend principalement : • Le piquetage des secteurs de plantation afin de correspondre aux surfaces de plantation prescrites dans l’avant-projet de boisement - dossier EcoRhena, en lien avec le prestataire du suivi de la mesure. • La commande des plants : les essences retenues devront répondre aux exigences de l’arrêté préfectoral (AP) du 15 janvier 2021 et de son arrêté modificatif du 4 juillet 2023, décrivant tous deux le matériel forestier de reproduction (MFR), en matière de liste des essences, des provenances, des normes dimensionnelles, etc. • La plantation des plants sur les secteurs définis. • La reprise des végétaux considérés comme morts. Les prestations concernent la mise en œuvre des mesures de compensation environnementales de la zone "EcoRhena" identifiées dans l’avant-projet de boisement - dossier "EcoRhena", joint en annexe du CCTP. Le prestataire devra se conformer strictement aux éléments de ce document validé par les services de l’Etat.
