Description

La concession des plages naturelles de la commune de Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone accordée à Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole par arrêté préfectoral s'étend sur une durée de 10 ans (période 2019-2029), avec une occupation du Domaine Public Maritime comprise entre mars et octobre, mais limitée à 6 mois par an. La période d'occupation annuelle de 6 mois, « montage, exploitation, démontage » compris, pourra être fixée chaque année par un arrêté de la métropole. Par défaut, la période d'exploitation (montage et démontage) est fixée du 1e avril au 30 septembre. La métropole confie l'exploitation de deux lots de plages, pour une durée allant de la notification du contrat jusqu'au 31 décembre 2029 : Lot 1 : Plage Prévost - Location de matériel avec restauration Lot 2 : Plage Prévost - Location de matériel avec engins nautiques motorisés Plage Prévost - Location de matériel avec restauration; Plage Prévost - Location de matériel avec engins nautiques motorisés
