Description

La consultation a eu pour objet de confier à un titulaire unique l'exploitation d'une activité de service public liée aux bains de mer sous la forme d'un sous traité d'exploitation de plage. La consultation concernait le lot de plage n° 1 sur la plage du Ceinturon sur la Commune de Hyères, Le Conseil Métropolitain a adopté le principe de la concession sous forme de délégation de service public pour l'attribution de ce lot par délibération n° 25/12/356 du 18 décembre 2025. Le sous-traitant du lot de plage n°1 était autorisé à occuper une superficie maximale de 400 m² (40*10 m). Ce lot est consacré à la seule activité de location de matelas/parasols. Seul du mobilier nécessaire à l'activité était permis.
