Description

La consultation a eu pour objet de confier à un titulaire unique l'exploitation d'une activité de service public liée aux bains de mer sous la forme d'un sous traité d'exploitation de plage. La consultation concernait le lot de plage n°1 sur la plage de Bona / Pesquiers sur la commune de Hyères. Le Conseil Métropolitain a adopté, le principe de la concession sous forme de délégation de service public pour l'attribution de ce lot par délibération n°25/12/357 du 18 décembre 2025. Conformément à l'article 3 du sous-traité, le sous-traitant du lot était autorisé à exploiter une superficie maximale de 560 m² afin d'y exercer deux activités : la location de matelas/parasols et un comptoir buvette sous forme de meuble avec possibilité d'installation d'un coffre de rangement.
