Description

Le marché a pour objet le détartrage et le curage des réseaux verticaux et horizontaux d'évacuations des eaux usées, des eaux vannes et des eaux pluviales. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Il s'agit d'un marché mixte. Le présent marché est un marché traité à prix global et forfaitaire et il est également traité sous la forme d'un accord-cadre au sens de l'article R2162-3 du code qui s'exécute par l'émission de bons de commandes en application de l'article R2191-16 de ce même Code. Pour la partie à commande, ce marché est traité sans minimum et avec un maximum fixé à 2 000 000 euro(s) HT par lot sur la durée globale du marché. Le marché comporte une clause de réexamen. Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité de conclure ultérieurement, avec le titulaire du marché, un marché négocié sans publicité et sans mise en concurrence préalable ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires Marché de détartrage et le curage des réseaux verticaux et horizontaux d'évacuations des eaux usées, des eaux vannes et des eaux pluviales
