La présente consultation concernant l'exploitation, la maintenance et l'installation de procédés de traitement d'eau. Le contrat est mixte et se décline de la manière suivante : • Une partie forfaitaire pour les prestations d'entretien et de maintenance périodique des installations (articles 3.3 à 3.9 CCTP) • Une partie accord-cadre à bons de commande comprenant les prestations hors contrat (article 3.10 du CCTP)
