Mise en place d'une solution modulaire de gestion des identités et des accès (IAM), intégrant en priorité un module IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) ainsi qu'un module PAM (Privileged Access Management). La solution doit permettre à Coallia de disposer d'un socle IAM complet, avec une première mise en oeuvre centrée sur l'IGA et l'implémentation d'un premier niveau de fonctionnalités PAM standards pour la gestion, la sécurisation et la traçabilité des accès à privilèges. Les prestations comprennent la fourniture de la solution, son intégration et son paramétrage, le déploiement des connecteurs avec les systèmes cibles (ADP, Microsoft Active Directory et Entra ID, Efficia/GLPI, Microsoft Fabric, applications métiers), les tests et la recette, le déploiement, la formation et la conduite du changement, ainsi que le support utilisateur et la maintenance.
